COMIT is a toolkit to support coaching missions to improve protected area management and develop the information system of the Biodiversity and Protected Areas Management (BIOPAMA) Programme. To contribute to the improvement in protected area management and meet conservation targets, BIOPAMA offers an integrated tool to support the planning, monitoring and evaluation of protected areas: The Integrated Management Effectiveness Tool (IMET) favors a proactive results-based approach, thanks to tools that can describe and quantify the environment and its evolution.
